Anne Peshka is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and C.O.R.E. Energy™ Transitions Specialist, all earned through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) – a globally recognized and ICF-accredited organization.
These designations reflect Anne’s advanced training in the science of human energy, mindset, and performance. Through the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment, she helps clients uncover how they show up energetically in different situations and how to consciously shift their energy to lead themselves and others more effectively. As a C.O.R.E. Energy™ Transitions Specialist, she guides individuals through personal and professional change with clarity, awareness, and purpose- transforming challenge into opportunity and reaction into empowered choice.

In addition to her coaching and speaking work, Anne operates a successful real estate business in Venice, Florida, where she serves as a trusted REALTOR®, helping both buyers and sellers achieve their goals with confidence and care. Her unique combination of coaching expertise and real estate professionalism allows her to support clients through one of life’s biggest transitions -finding not just a new home, but understanding the process thoroughly in order to make a good decision.
